Relief

Ah, my anxiety about my results have finally subsided. I had a follicle in my right ovary collaspe, causing the pain and abnormal mentrual cycle. However, my ultrasound also revealed a cyst, so I have a follow up in 6 weeks for that. Joy. My bloodwork showed my iron was low, and my THS level was high, so I had more lab work today for my iron. I'll have more bloodwork concerning the THS done on my follow-up.
I'm excited about my day date with Will tomorrow. We both needed something to cheer us up. =).

Heavy Heart Tonight

I found out one of my friends from high school passed away today...and my heart is aching for all who knew him, and his brother and sister-in-law. It's always a sad occurence when someone passes away..it's even worse when it's someone young, who has barely begin to seek what life has to offer. =(.

On a lighter note, Will's surgery went well. All four teeth were successfully extracted, and his root canal were performed wonderfully. I'm a happy camper.

Off to my blissful bed. Don't let the bed bugs bite bloggers.

Day 3

Day 3 was not as productive as I had planned. I waited at the Firestone place for 3 hours, finally got a ride with Rachel, came home and watched My Sister's Keeper while I waited, while enjoying my chicken club sandwich and my cherry Slurpee. But good news is I got my synthetic oil change, with a 4 tire rotation for $20...yay for coupons =). But I'm off to bed. Got an early start, Will has oral surgery at 8:30 =((.

Day 2

Day 2 was a bit more eventful. Went to Target, got a few games and a good movie. Picked up the cutest pairs of heels to update my fall wardrobe. Slowly weaning off my uniforms of jeans, tees, and flip-flops...hopefully. ;). Picked up a quick dinner of rotesserie chicken from WalMart, added some sweet tea, green beans, and cheesy garlic mashed taters, and a gourmet meal was served. Then on to game time. Finally made the appointment for the oil change I've been postponing, yay me. Now it's time to beat the hubby in pool, and enjoy some down time with the one I love.
Song stuck in my head: "I'll Die Trying" by Lonestar. Give it some airtime. And hopefully those of you reading this have that one person you'd do anything for...for those who don't...you dont know what you're missing.

Day 1

Today was a fairly uneventful day. Tidied up a bit around the apartment, did some laundry,managed the bills & finances, and grabbed a few groceries. Then just ran around town with Rachel while waiting for her husband to get off work. Then Will comes home, and drops a bombshell. As soon as I finally get adjusted to life in Texas, we may soon be PCSing. But I've heard that song and routine before, so I'm just praying God does whatever His will is in the situation.
It's tough being a country girl living in a big city world...but my husband is more than worth it..I'd follow him to the ends of the earth.
